COURSE INSIGHT
SAP Basis is the SAP system’s core technical component. It is an arrangement of middleware projects and devices from SAP, the German organization whose exhaustive R/3 item is utilized to help oversee gigantic organizations. SAP Basis refers to the administration of the SAP system that includes activities like installation and configuration, load balancing, and performance of SAP applications running on Java stack and SAP ABAP. SAP Basis consists of the maintenance of different services related to database, operating system, application, and web servers in the SAP system landscape and stopping and starting the system.
To take this course, it is essential that the candidates have sound knowledge of Windows / Unix / Linux operating systems. It is also recommended to have a basic understanding of ERP and familiarity with installing and configuring software.
